Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team at a leading conveyor belt supplies company specializing in serving the mining industry to lead our team in Zambia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company in the mining sector.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

Build and maintain client relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Develop and execute sales strategies

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Collaborate with internal teams

Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Stay updated with industry trends

Stay informed about the latest developments in the mining industry, including technological advancements and market trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and business development.
