Recruitment Matters Africa Alfalfa Farm Manager Jobs in Ghana

Our client is looking for an experienced Alfalfa Farmer to join their project in Tamale, Ghana starting end of 2020.

The role is open to candidates of all nationalities globally, you must have experience farming alfalfa crops.

The client is a start up business with the aim to bring alfalfa farming to Africa on a commercial scale, their first operation will be based in Tamale in Ghana.

The farm will initially have around 10,000 hectares of land which will increase after the first season and the aim will be to produce the crop all year round

We are looking for a Farm Manager that has global experience, has worked in different cultures and tried different approached to farming

If you have worked in USA farming this will be an added advantage

We are ideally looking for someone with experience with underground irrigation, solar power farming and other similar techniques

The salary is negotiable and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates, accommodation will be provided as well as car, costs, visas and other amenities

Qualifications

At least 5 years Farm Management experience with Alfalfa

Must have a valid passport and be willing to relocate
