Job Vacancy: Recruitment Associate

We’re a small, growing recruiting company working with clients in diverse sectors to recruit and place the right talent for them.

We are looking for highly talented and passionate Associates to join our team to lead efforts in serving our customers better.

By having you on board, we aim to enhance our marketing efforts, client acquisition and service delivery to meet our customers’ expectations.

As Recruitment Associate you will:

Deliver recruitment activities for our clients
Marketing our recruitment services to potential clients and meeting the set KPIs.

Be actively involved in the recruitment processes, create project delivery timelines and ensure that the clients’ assignments are delivered on agreed timelines.

Take the lead in planning with the client ensuring all job details are captured, constantly tracks the process and initiates necessary action for effective delivery.

Apply the right approach in getting the right candidates that meets the clients’ needs.

Coordinate talent selection process (conduct screening and interviews for best fit candidates).

Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure that the recruitment processes are smooth and give the support where needed.

Qualifications

Business Degree. A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management Preferred.

1-2 years’ experience in a busy organization. Experience in a Human Resource Consulting firm highly desired.

Outgoing and a learner

Marketing oriented and able to pitch to potential clients.
