Recours Global HR Site Foreman Jobs in Kenya; Oversee daily production operations and ensure work is performed according to plans. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production workers.Ensure adherence to production schedules and report progress to the Plant Manager



Key Performance Areas

1. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and production standards.

2. Address and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance
guidelines.

4. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

5. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement risk mitigation measures.

6. Investigate and report any incidents or accidents on-site.

7. Monitor and coordinate the use of raw materials, tools, and equipment.

8. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of necessary supplies.

9. Minimize material wastage and maintain accurate inventory records.

10. Provide guidance, and motivation to workers to enhance productivity
.
11. Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts among team members.

12. Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production managers.

13. Maintain daily logs of site activities and production progress.

14. Prepare and submit reports on work completed, issues encountered, and resource usage.

15. Ensure proper documentation of operational processes and improvements.

Qualification and Experience.

• Diploma or certification in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related
field.

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in production site supervision.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of production processes, materials handling, and workplace safety regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and technical instructions.

• Proficiency in using production management software is an added advantage
