    Our client is East Africa’s leading manufacturer of steel and plastic construction products. They now seeking a Tube machine operator to support in the operation of all types of machine tools and perform all types of layout, fitting and assembly work.

    Responsibilities

  • Inspect and prepare machines for operation;
    Lubricate machines when required;
  • Examine and measure raw materials and finished projects to verify conformance to specifications;
  • Adjust machine settings to reduce thickness and eliminate defects;
  • Supervise and train other machine workers and other duties as assigned to you.

    Qualifications

  • Over 8-10 years successful experience in the manufacturing industry / machine operation;
  • Flexibility to rotate 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts;
  • Ability to visually check equipment to detect adjustments;
  • Willing to be trained;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
