ResponsibilitiesIdentify key revenue generating opportunities for DCS products, solutions and services.
Business Development & Sales Account management of Strategic key accounts
Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments.
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Performing cost-¬benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Analyze /market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Qualifications
2 years of experience in selling IT Products / Solutions, Automatic Identification & Enterprise Mobility would be an added advantage.
A bachelors degree in sales or a relevant field
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Recours Four Kenya Software Systems Engineer Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Computer Science/IT with 1-2 years of developer experience
Age around 26 years or below
ASP.Net, IIS7/8, Windows Server 2012/16, Windows 10
VS2015/17 IDE, MVC, C#.Net, VB.Net, Xamarin Forms/Android
Microsoft Web Services, Web API, Windows Service

Recours Four Kenya Project Manager Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities
Follow up of all major technical project issues and update the engineering manager and COO.
Provide solution for
all project technical critical issues.
Liaise with customer on critical network issues resolution with feedback to engineering manager and COO on agreed resolution and timeline.
Analysis network performance (Through Trouble Tickets) and provide a weekly report.
Give advice to manager (Engineering Manager and COO) on issues which require attention to improve performance.
Data analysis from regions for network (Site pending issues, special site requirement, critical risks and others as may be required by the management)
Technical presentation to customer on our performance.
Preparation of project reports which are required by the management.
Preparation of quotation as the need may arise.
Qualifications
Engineering skills in power systems.
Computer skills for data processing.
Market information on various project requirement
Good liaison groups with other players in the same market.
Over 5 years Past experience of similar duties
BSc degree in relevant engineering field with relevant post graduate achievements.
Good knowledge in computer skills, including but not limited to MS packages..
Fluent in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
Energetic with capacity to work up to odd hours.
Honesty with track record and referees.
Valid driving license.
3 years of direct work experience in Operation & Maintenance management position.
Work experience in the energy sector shall be an added advantage.
Experience in managing third-party service providers (Sub contractors).
Strong understanding of the energy sector and the local energy regulation.
Good financial and business awareness.
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.
Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.
Persuasive, motivational, and persistent.
Technical knowledge in generator spares and other power systems shall be an added advantage.
