Key duties and Responsibilities Making appointments
Travel arrangements
Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Distributing documents for meetings
Drafting letters, accounting documents and other documents
Logistics works on workshops, acceptance and dispatch of missions, visa applications, e.t.c.
Maintaining filing systems
Photocopying and printing
Any other duties as may be delegated by Senior Representative
Job Qualifications
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously with proper priority setting within short deadlines, while maintaining correct priorities, tact, perseverance and organization
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; possessing maturity, patience and understanding
• Ability to communicate in both English and Swahili
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Good command of mathematics and calculation
• Professional appearance
• Fully conversant with MS Office, in particular, proficiency in Word and Excel

Our client is a leading International Hotel with a branch in Kenya. They are seeking to recruit a Revenue Manager to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
• Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
• Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
• Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
• Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies
• Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
• Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
• Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical action
• Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business
• Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
• Inspire Hotel’s HODs to further embed a revenue management culture.
• Visit the hotels to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
Job Qualifications
• Business Development DNA and commercial minded.
• Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.
• A strong command of both
written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Business related field.

Our client is a leading International Hotel with a branch in Kenya. They are seeking to recruit a HOD sales to join their team
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and drive the Hotel’s Sales Strategy through proactively positioning and effectively marketing the hotels to drive revenue through targeted sales activity and campaigns to achieve revenue budgets
• Create and deliver a Sales Plan with targeted activity to support the business needs of the hotel including Occupancy and Average Room Rate
• Drive a robust referral process between the hotel ensuring all business opportunities are maximised and all leads progressed
• Manage the sales budget and measure the success of initiatives/ promotions showing ROI for sales and marketing activities
• Deliver a creative engagement plan for both new and existing accounts including familiarisation events, site visits, entertainment and presentations
• Liaise with and support hotel HOD’s to establish and sustain a proactive sales culture throughout the hotel and delivering outreach for all departments.
• Works with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment led by the DOS
• Recommends monthly target goals for sales team members
Job Qualifications:
• A bachelors degree in hotel, business or hospitality management
• At least 3 years experience in similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
