Our client provides cloud-based, Google apps for business with G Suite and online CRM solutions with Prosper Works. 200+ companies trust our Google cloud experts. They are actively seeking an IT Sales manager to seek out and engage customer prospects.
ResponsibilitiesPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of G Suite
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Objectives and Performance Indicators
100% ensure that employee understand the company’s core values.
Ensure 90% customer satisfaction from
Achieve at least $15,000 new revenue on monthly basis
Grow
sales target quarterly by 5%.
100% understand the market dynamics and how to market the company’s products
Ensure 100% of customer complaints are attended to within 8 hours
Prompt response to customer queries within 2 hours
Ensure 100% maintenance of company’s service level agreement.
0% delays in delivering invoices and reports to customers.
0% delays on email response.
100% represent the company as a brand.
0% project financial loss due to under pricing
0% loss of customer due to poor service delivery.
