Our client, a real estate company in Kenya with branches across East Africa Region seeks to hire highly talented and experienced person in the role of Real Estate Sales Agents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business daily
  • Make phone calls, cold calls to prospective clients
  • Source and map real estate properties for selling, letting and acquisition
  • Touring and profiling new properties on the market
  • Site visits with prospects clients
  • Negotiate to close deals
  • Adapt to flexible hours to effectively serve the clients
  • Attend training and real estate education courses
  • Manage your business, and maintain relationships
  • Generation of progress reports
  • Making presentations in property sales events, get involved with your community
  • Handling correspondence on Agency Matters
  • Utilization of resources and cost control
  • Deliver and meet the set targets
  • Conduct market Research

    Requirements

  • Proven work Estate Agents sales experience.
  • Knowledge in Real estate agency business
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate or relevant field
  • Registration as Estate Agent is shall be an added advantage
