We are a real estate company, seeking to recruit qualified candidates to fill the position of a Marketing Executive, whose key responsibility is to organize creative campaigns and promotional events, advertising, public relations and research that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service
Liaise with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate
Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups
Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Maintain our websites and analyze data analytics
Update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Organize and attend company-wide and marketing events
Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures
Manage photo shoots and update mailing databases
Carry out customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning
Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities
Qualification and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related course
At least 4 years as a Marketing Executive in a busy organization, experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
Problem solving, analytical and orientation to detail skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
Highly-driven and self-motivated, and creativity
