Job Duties

  • Create product displays as per the seasonal cycles and discount offers.

  • Adhere to accepted merchandising standards/in-store planograms are maintained.

  • Create product displays as per the store floor/freezer plan.

  • Ensure defective, invested stock or old products are removed and new products are properly stacked and displayed.

  • Install banners, posters, displays, flags, etc. in the store.

  • Check the product stocking, merchandising and display systems.

  • Interact regularly with all store staff to keep them informed about upcoming store projects and timelines.

  • Monitor stock on shelf in line with 8 Shelf Health Elements:

  • Full Shelves at all times.

  • Best Shelf Position.

  • The right forward Share.

  • PI Labels present & correct.

  • Stock Rotation (FIFO).

  • Spotless Shelves.

  • Product Quality Obsession.

  • Correct Range.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12

  • A minimum of 1 years relevant experience.

  • Required to work weekends/overtime and public holidays.

  • Clear criminal record.
