Raising Gabdho Client Feedback Support Intern Jobs in Uganda



Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Assisting with the design and implementation of client feedback systems
    and processes
  • Helping to collect and analyze client feedback data using various
    quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Helping to identify and document best practices and lessons learned
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations on client feedback
    findings
  • Helping to maintain and update client feedback databases
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of data quality assurance procedures
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of data management systems
  • Communicating and disseminating client feedback to internal and external
    stakeholders

    Requirements

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as
    business administration, marketing, psychology, or other related fields .
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively
    communicate with clients over phone, email, and chat
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and track
    clients interactions
  • Ability to handle a high volume of client inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment
