About the Administrator position

We are looking for an Operations Administrator . The Operations Admin will be responsible for keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and casual records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed in the processing plant.

You should be highly organized, able to multitask with ease and have experience as an Operations Administrator,

Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Monitoring operational performance to identify areas for improvement or adjustments in all processing areas

  • Maintaining records of equipment inventory usage, need for repairs and need for replacement

  • Oversight of inventory management and maintenance of an organizational supply chain

  • Keep track of stock in to the aggregation center and stock out to the Nairobi warehouse

    Administrator requirements are:

  • Must reside in Turkana County

  • Knowledge of the native language is a plus

  • Atleast 2 years of experience is the FMCG industry

  • Basic stock reconciliation skills

  • A diploma or degree in Business Management/ Commerce/ Supply chain

  • Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
