Compensation Structure:

Base Salary : 5160 (Ksh 22,000) per month

Commission: S75 (Ksh 10.300) for each client closed

Top Earnings: Top financial representatives earn over 54,000 (Ksh 550,000) per month, Including commissions

Preferred Qualifications:

5. years of sales experience

Experience as on expat from the United States

Experience dealing with high-end clients
