Job Details:

To provide high level support for both Hardware and Software support in a fast paced Information Technology service oriented firm.

Qualifications and Skill sets:

• Diploma in Computers from a reputable institution *( Only Fresh Graduates, not more than two years from last Graduation)*

• Demonstrate baseline Computer kills for IT support.

• Configure device operating systems, including Windows,Linux, etc.

• A quick learner of installations and configurations of software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices in change management.

• Support basic IT infrastructure and networking.

• Configure and support PC device hardware.

• Be able to trouble shoot and repair PC devices.

• Knowledgeable in Printers trouble shooting, configurations and installation
