QuickCare Clinics and Wellness Centre Lab Technician Jobs in Uganda

To provide support laboratory-based scientific investigations by undertaking a range of routine technical tasks and experiments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Laboratory testing according to standard analytical methods.

Receiving and accepting samples of biological material.

Operating diagnostic equipment in the laboratory.

Evaluating results and detecting changes in the physiological and pathological conditions.

Preparing medical documentation related to test results.

Education and Experience

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or

Diploma in Laboratory Science

Additional training in relevant fields will be an added advantage

Registered with the relevant health body
Two years’ experience needed.

Experience using MS Windows, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office packages, in particular Excel and Word.

Hands-on experience with data entry into online databases and forms.

Key Working Relationships

• Supervisory: None

• Internal: Medical Officer

• External: Patients, Medical Specialists.
