Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of one of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Business analyst.

Overall purpose of the role

Providing analytical support to business unit of D42 in Tanzania: market research, financial and business analysis, PMO-related activities.

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)

Timely preparation of analytical materials and reports of a proper quality

Proactive tracking of critical project milestones and taking risk-mitigating actions

Critical evaluation of potential business-related options for the Tanzanian business and providing reasonable recommendations and implementation approach

Key Requirements (Knowledge Skills & Experience)

3+ years Consulting experience in the following companies: PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, BDO, Grant Thornton, Accenture

University degree: math, engineering, economics

Knowledge of accounting and finance is a must

Experience in independent project management is a must

Fluent English is a must
