About this Job:

Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of one of our Kampala based clients, we are looking for Fresh Graduates in Telecom Engineering

Main Roles

  • Performing required activities associated with projects (investigation, analysis and design) in line with project requirements
  • Maintaining on-going communication with relevant Project Leaders/Team Leaders and clients
  • Assist in resolution of technical issues on projects.
  • Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design
  • Support in reviewing completed engineering work to ensure accuracy
  • Gaining awareness of and familiarity with, the commercial aspects of projects to develop commercial skills
  • Developing innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
  • Building a profile in the industry and keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments
  • Being familiar with, and compliant with, relevant H & S regulations and to promote a culture of awareness within the team

    Qualifications and Experience
  • Fresh Graduate in Telecom Engineering from any recognized institution
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer knowledge in word, excel etc.
  • Ability to work in busy environment
  • Quick learner and attention to details
