About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the poultry industry, we are looking for a competent and experienced COMPLIANCE OFFICER, with a passion for improving the lives of small-scale farmers.

Job Purpose

To perform the legal compliance role in accordance with the company’s policies. The incumbent will also be responsible for the administration, maintenance of a contract management databases, files, and agreements, relating to the Company, respond to ad-hoc requests for contract information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out OFAC searches on all potential vendors, landlords and employees in accordance with company policies.

Carry out FCPA trainings for staff and vendors in accordance with company policies.

Maintain an FCPA vendor categorization database in accordance with company policies.

Maintain a register of all Non-Disclosure Agreements signed by the company.

Prepare quarterly compliance reports for the regional team.

Gather and analyze and input

relevant documents information into an existing contract management database.

Implement and manage organizational tracking for all company contracts.

Prepare ad-hoc requests for contract information.

Review and capture essential terms of agreements for efficient contract management within the company

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skill

Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.

3 – 5 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.

Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

Brilliant oral and written communication skills.

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
