Job Profile Summary

We are conscious of the need to provide value added services which makes practical sense and our mantra to aadd value” is ingrained in all our staff We are looking to hire experienced Associates and Senior Associates to help share in the success and realise further opportunities within our Tax team.

You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while you develop many transferable skills such as broad commercial awareness and valuable technical skills which will constantly feed your intellectual appetite.
You will be working on a range of interesting projects that will constantly engage your technical skills. .
Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include
but are not limited to:
• Providing valuable insights and solutions to clients through effective research, interpretation, and application of the tax legislation.
• Delivery and execution of professional tax advice and tax compliance to clients under the guidance and support of experienced managers and partners.
• Using technology-based tools and techniques to create innovative solutions, to enhance efficiency and to drive client engagement.
• Day-to-day project management on assignments, including working capital and risk management;
• Sharing your knowledge and coaching junior staff to contribute to their development.
• Active participation in business development activities to help identify opportunities on new/existing clients
The successful candidates will possess the following:
• Full ZICA/ACCA/CIMA or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Institution plus part qualified ZICA/
• ACCA/CIMA with four (4) papers remaining to full qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a tax compliance or advisory role
• Strong supervisory and team working skills, able to build and maintain trusting relationships with both clients and engagement team.
• Good organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritise work, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines whilst remaining resilient
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work and interested in self- development.
Job Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Institution
Job Experience Requirements
A minimum of 1 year
