We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional with a strong work ethic to fill the role of Human Capital (HC) Senior Associate. The successful candidate will assist the Human Capital Manager with implementing our human capital strategy, key talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and change management activities.

Administration of the talent acquisition process
Administration of in-house pension scheme
Administration of staff leave management
Administration of staff and partner medical schemes
Preparation and analysis of HC management reports
Ensuring compliance with staff separation procedures
Administration of Group Life and
all other employee related schemes
Ensuring the smooth running of the Global Mobility program of staff

Job Experience and Key Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced HC setting
Extensive understanding of Zambian labour laws and HC best practices
Excellent time management and highly organised
Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
Experience working with HC management systems
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
