Pwani University Lecturer Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology Ref: PU/ADV/PT/10/02/2018 Job Vacancies

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities will be assigned by the Chairman/person of the relevant Department

    Qualifications

  • An earned PhD in the relevant field or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized university
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree (mean grade B or above where applicable) specialization in the relevant field or its equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized university.
  • Registered or registerable for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent Doctoral Degree
  • Registered or registerable with a relevant professional body (where applicable)
  • Have at least three (3) years relevant work experience at University level or in a Research
    institution or Industry.
  • Ability to teach/conduct research and supervise students and/or staff.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
