About the role:

We are seeking an Office IT Office Consultant to join our small but growing company. As an IT Office Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our technology systems and ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to be productive. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT equipment and software, and ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network equipment

Ensure the security of company data by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures

Manage the company's IT inventory and software licenses

Plan and execute software upgrades and technology upgrades as needed

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with network administration and security

Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
