Position Summary

The strategist's main job is to develop a content strategy that conforms to and sets out to achieve business goals. Carefully and strategically developed content that aims to inform, entertain, inspire, engage, and convert our client’s audience.

This role reports to the Head of Operations & Strategy

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing a content strategy that meets our client’s business objectives

Working with the execution teams to produce clear and engaging content that is consistent with our client’s brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs. This has duties as: -

Proposing copy concepts

Interpreting creative directions and technical content information then turning it into persuasive copy concepts

Working with our clients to edit and modify the copy to meet their content expectations

Analyzing our client’s content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs

Ensuring consistency across all our client’s content, from website to social media channels and videos

Performing periodic content analysis and audits to assess how well-existing client content is performing

Performing content gap analysis to determine what types of content are missing and what

is needed

Providing feedback to all content that is produced by the execution team

Tracking and calculating all our client’s content ROI

Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and the voice of all our client’s content and ensuring they are followed

Overseeing the writing style and tone of our client’s content

Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional research

Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in content trends and consumer behaviors

Maintain strong, trusting relationships with all internal and external collaborators - clients and internal teams
