Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for the management of accounts payable and receivable for the Hotel.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Ensure all invoices are properly authorised as per Accor policy and procedures.

  • Process EFT payment run in order to pay suppliers on time.

  • Prepare supplier reconciliations and follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.

  • Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.

  • Manage purchasing software and support teams when required

  • Reconcile Bank against all the income and revenue received and expenses incurred

  • Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Financial Controller
