Public Health-Epidemiology Scholarships

I am intending to commence my PHD online course with the Walden Univerity starting September. I am working but the fees is just above my earning. I am required to be paying tuition and travel to the University campuses at three times in a year. I am planning to do my PHD in Public Health-Epidemiology in Nutrition and HIV/AIDS. Please help.
