Public Health Scholarships

I am Ethiopian , aged 23 yrs and i hold a BSc.in Occupational health and safety.

I m very ambitious to and i want to pursue MPH - Master of public Health from any university offering that course.

The problem is lack of fund to cover the cost of training.

How can I get the scholarship or grants so as to take that course? Can you help me find me a scholarship or grant?
