Core Responsibilities
  • Leadership of the entire Marketing function
  • Oversight of all company's Marketing Mix elements
  • Management of all Marketing communication
  • Articulation & execution of all Marketing Plans & strategies
  • Management of all Marketing related projects
  • Oversight of all promotion & activation activities
  • Introduction & execution of growth accelerating Marketing innovations
  • Oversight of the entire customer management & experience value-chain
  • Management of relationship with other functions
  • Liaison with all Marketing related external agencies
  • Motivation, discipline & empowerment of the Marketing staff
  • Effective Marketing cost management
  • Presentation of periodic Marketing Reports

    Job Specification
  • An MBA (Marketing) degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 8 years' Marketing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Not less than 35 years of age.
