Responsibilities

  • Financial: Rent collection, budget preparations & scheduling of property expenditure
  • Maintenance Management
  • Supervision &Management of outsourced services
  • Customer service: developing & maintaining cordial relationship with clients
  • Any other responsibilities related to management of properties

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Land Economics/Real Estate/Building Management and Facilities Management, with a minimum of Second Upper
  • Minimum of 4years' experience in property management
  • Membership to a relevant professional body
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills
