Job DescriptionPROJECT-E is a German NGO, whose objective is to empower young women from destitute social backgrounds by offering a high quality and practice oriented vocational education.
In order to ensure the well-being of trainees of our Hospitality Institute, we are in need of a social worker.

Job Requirements
Educational Requirements
BA degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Total Experience
The Social Worker has at least two years’ experience in counseling, mentoring or working with young women.
Skills
Exceptional communication and soft skills (especially empathy and intuition) and a strong dedication to the students´ mental and physical well-being are required skills for the position. Furthermore, the Social Worker has to show great leadership and motivational skills, reflected in the ability to provide helpful solutions for the students.
In addition, she should be familiar with school and community resources that can benefit the students and develop their personality.
In all aspects, the Social Worker has to be a role model for the students and show perfect English and Amharic communication skills when working with colleagues and students.
