Progressive Credit Ltd a leading credit only institution known for its growth as witnessed in the
recent past, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, suitably qualified and competent individual for the
position of INTERNAL AUDITOR.

The position holder will be responsible for:

Performing Compliance Audit.

Ensuring adherence of Progressive Policies and Procedures by staff.

Carry out analytical reviews of the root cause of recurrent auditing findings and recommend
resolutions.

Prepare Quality Internal Audit report with practical recommendations.

Assess the company’s risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts.

Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.

Identify shortfalls or gaps in processes.

Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct.

Conduct spot checks on highly risk rates units.

Assure safeguards.

Ability to investigate any fraud in the company.

Job Qualifications and Experience

CPA (K).

Min of 1-2 years working experience in auditing field.

Be a holder of a BCOM degree (Financing or accounting) will be an added advantage.

Should be excellent with MS Windows especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and good report
writing skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure without compromising quality.

Positive attitude towards work or colleagues.

Demonstrate Progressive Credit’s Core Values and in particular he/she must possess a high
degree of professionalism and integrity.

Must be keen to details and adhere to strict deadlines.

Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
