Sightsavers, an international development organization that promotes the prevention and cure of avoidable blindness, and promotes equality and opportunity for disabled people, seeks to recruit a mature experienced, self driven, dynamic and result oriented Program Manager, who is keen to develop a career in a dynamic organisation and challenging environment.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager (SPM), the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of two new DfID-funded programmes; Inclusion Works which focuses on economic empowerment of persons with disabilities through formal employment and Disability Inclusive Development (DID), which focuses on increased equitable access to health services, education and jobs/self-employment for persons with disabilities.
