Private Client in Nairobi Cook Jobs

Job Details

A private client living in Nairobi is looking for a live-in Cook for the family.

Specification Requirements;

• The applicant must be able to prepare and cook meals of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions: Shopping develop recipes and menus;

• Visually inspects, selects and use only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items; Maintain high level of hygiene in the kitchen including the dishes: Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operations.

• The Applicant must have a Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverages/food production/ hotel & Catering management or any other related course, must have the ability and experience to cook different cuisines and must be a confidential, honest, reliable and hygienic individual.
