Job Description:• Formulate administrative rules and regulations, procedures, supervision and inspection of the implementation of the system.
• Be responsible for administrative cost control and make suggestions on cost control methods.
• To be responsible for the administration of the company's administrative documents, letters, qualification documents (certificates), etc.;
• Responsible for the management of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist the project manager to deal with the external relations of the company.
• Represent the company or cooperate with leaders to attend various business banquets and foreign affairs activities.
• Complete other related work assigned by superior leader
Job Requirements:• Bachelor degree or above, excellent temperament. .
• At least 3 years working experience in administrative liaison.
• Familiar with business reception etiquette, good at public relations reception work, government public relations work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination ability, good social skills, strain capacity, strong psychological tolerance and the ability to solve emergencies.
• Ability to drive and work overtime.
How to Apply Chinese language background is preferred. The probation period is three months, and the salary will be discussed in person. The salary after becoming a permanent employee is determined by the personal performance.
