Our client a top Printing and Branding Company in Nairobi, that provides Branding and Printing services as well as Promotional merchandise including Point of Sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) Displays seeks a goal-oriented, energetic persons to join our team of Professionals.
Traffic / Production Managers
1 Position
Responsibilities
Leading and co-ordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
Analysing campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
Managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
Building effective relationships with key departments, clients.
Work closely with printer, internal teams and external vendors/production houses from art upload, proofing, to final print. Ensures that each issue is produced correctly, on time, within budget and of the right quality.
Working collaboratively with designers, project managers, and account managers to guarantee projects meet all deadlines.
Qualifications, Experience and Skill
3 – 5 years of experience in print production.
Fully knowledgeable of all the Print and Branding production processes;
Must have experience in Offset Printing, Commercial Digital Printing, Large format Printing, Screen Printing, Promotional Products & POS / POP Displays Production.
Knowledge of Large format substrates (materials) and laminates and understanding of acceptable wide format print quality
Attention to detail, production oriented, possesses problem-solving skills, self-driven, a team player.
Knowledge of creative and production functions to ensure accurate timelines are established and met.
Highly organized and deadline oriented skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continually changing priorities.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and relevant programs.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
