I want a scholarship to study in the USA/UK for my second degree and I am told writing GRE will improve my chances. I would like to solicit your views on that.

I have a BA degree in Economics and Statistics with second class upper division. Can I have LLM as a second degree?

Scholarship eligibility criteria is usually stated by the sponsorship agents and vary depending on various factors. GRE may or may not be necessary at all.

However, it is difficult to go for a masters degree without having a degree in the same field.
