We are looking for a Quantitative Data Collector who will be is responsible for quality data collection in the assigned study area. He/she will conduct quality interview
to the right respondent based on structured questionnaire.
He/she will maintain all procedures of data quality and ethical requirements including screening of eligible study participant, arranging convenient interview settings, obtaining consents, conducting excellent interview and proper management of completed questionnaires.
Essential FunctionsYou will work under the direct supervision of the quantitative field supervisor/coordinator/researcher, in close collaboration with the research team. More specifically, you will:
Attain the training and pretest organized by PSI/E;
Internalize methods of data collection, and questionnaires;
Conduct quality interview as per the guideline;
Properly utilize equipment’s and questionnaires for data collection;
Properly manage completed questionnaires;
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of study subjects;
Attain daily review meetings organized by the coordinator/researcher;
Comply with instructions by the supervisor and coordinator/researcher;
Job Requirements
Your background
What are we looking for? The basics
BA/BSc or above in Health, Statistics or other Social Science fields with at least 5 years of quantitative data collection experience.
What would get us excited?
Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills in English and knowledge of at least more than one local language is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
Ability to follow deadlines, accuracy and attention to detail.
