Position Title: Individual Consultant -Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive short-term individual consultant who have ample experience on Soft Skill trainings such as Emotional Intelligence, Discovering your strength, Mind Mapping, Conflict management and related Leadership topics. To provide formal training and coaching for a team of eight.

Objective of the consultancy

All planned Marketing and

Communications team will be trained on selected soft skills.

Detailed training report.

All deliverables shall be submitted within two days after the accomplishment of the activities.

Constructive leadership coaching sessions.

Your contribution

Under the review and guidance of the team, the consultants will;

Provide Training for selected Marketing and Communications staff:

Conduct an assessment on the team’s individual leadership and soft skills;

Prepare a training manual;

Provide training based on the schedules and agenda prepared;

Prepare and submit detailed training report which include (number of people trained, sessions covered, accomplishments, challenges, lessons learnt, technical support needed and recommendations);

Ongoing coaching for a period of 6 months.

Job Requirements

Your background

What are we looking for? The basics

Leadership Certification;

Training certification;

Demonstration of training tools;

Experience in leadership training to Corporate/NGO staff.

What would get us excited?

Knowledge and experience in delivering Soft skills and leadership trainings;

Sound knowledge and experience on facilitating group trainings;

Basic understanding of adult learning methodologies is essential;

Familiarity with the operational systems of NGOs;

Fluency in spoken and written English;

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written which will ensure trainees and other partners are dealt with in a professional, articulate and sensitive manner;

Willingness to work on any assigned training site.
