We are looking for A dynamic, result driven and dedicated CLSE Integration Advisor that will facilitate cooperation between PSI/E and MoE in the implementation of ASRH in school project and beyond, and also provide professional support for the government of Ethiopia / FMOE / in aligning CLSE (Comprehensive Life-skills Based Education) into the national curriculum reform process.

Your contribution Liaise collaboration between PSI/E and MoE so that information is exchange and new technologies, as well as strategies, are adopted
Represent PSI/E and ASRH in school project at different levels
Facilitate understanding between PSI/E and MoE and Regional Education Bureaus for the smooth implementation of the ASRH in school
project
Facilitate meaningful interaction with MoE and ASRH in school project implementation at the regional level.
Create a channel within MoE Curriculum, Gender and Planning and Policy Directorates to share evidence-based results for the purpose of upscale
Assist CLSE TWG and MoE/ CDID in designing methods assessment techniques and related frameworks of integrating quality CLSE learning in schools and also Non-formal setting, eg youth centres, referrals etc.
Support in house capacity development of curriculum experts, supervision book writers within FMoE and REBs on effective integration of CLSE into syllabi, textbook, assessment etc,
Contribute to the development of high-quality concept notes for fundraising as requested/appropriate.
Participate in different CLSE/ education meetings, events, forums as relevant and as needed.
Under the guidance of the director of CDID directorate, communicate with all concerned directorates/ sections etc on the enhancement of collaborative CLSE promotion, capacity building institutionalization and sustainability of CLSE with the lead role of the Education Sector's undertakings.
Job Requirements
Your background
What are we looking for? The basics
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields or related field of study.
4/6 years of demonstrated experience in the area of curriculum development and working knowledge on SRH in the formal or non-formal curricula
Experience in adolescents and youth-focused programs.
At least 1 year supervisory and/or team leading experience.
