PHE Ethiopia Consortium is as an Ethiopian Resident Civil Society Organizations re-registered in 2009.

PHE Ethiopia Consortium is working for an integrated approach for improved livelihood and sustainable well-being of people and eco systems.

PHE Ethiopia Consortium would like to have audit service for the three consecutive years which is 2020, 2021 and 2022 per the rule and regulations of the agency. Therefore, any authorized and certified audit firms who want to compete are requested to submit the following document.

Profile of firm with experience

Curriculum Vitae with proposed professional audit staff outlining their qualifications and experience

Brief description of audit approach and methodology

Copies of credentials and licenses From Genera Audit Service and Federal Charities & Societies Agency including VAT registration.
Proposed fee structure
