Qualifications

A Second degree in Finance or any other relevant discipline

Should possess at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of water supply projects in developing countries.

He/she must have knowledge on water utility revenue improvement, commercial and financial operations and development of financial model.

Knowledge of working with donor funded projects in developing countries and prior exposure to working with Nigerian States will be an added advantage.
