  • We are seeking a devoted, talented and driven individual to join our team as Pizza Chef.

    Responsibilities

  • Preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and consistency.

  • Understands menu development techniques and development of recipes, plating guides and menu cards.

  • Preparation of marinated deep fried chicken.

  • Preparation of tasty pizza.

  • Preparation of tasty Kenyan food.

  • Cognizant of food safety regulations, making sure kitchen remains compliant with how food is prepared and stored.

    Skills Needed

  • Creative and dynamic-Must be able to put his/her own stamp on dishes to create new combinations.

  • Management-Must be able to manage junior staff, delegate responsibility and work closely with others.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

  • Organization-Attention to details and follow correct recipes.

  • Culinary training.
