Job Description

Maintaining and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and Application Software’s

Enrolling new employees to Computer, ERP and attendance systems

Installing, maintaining and configuring networked and standalone enterprise resources (Printers, Servers, Scanners, etc.)

Regularly monitoring the entire IT infrastructure to minimize downtime and predict potential system failures

Being on stand by and regularly responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from co-workers

Testing new technology and software and providing training for co-workers when required

Job Requirements

First degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related field

2-year work experience as an IT Personnel, System Administrator or other related position

Excellent English & Communication Skills

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet & email, etc)

In-depth know-how on Networking, Computer Hardware and Software

Hands-on experience in computer hardware and software maintenance and configuration
