Job Description

    Job Details

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers

  • Provide accurate information on the company’s product (e.g. features, pricing and after-sales services)

  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products

  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

  • Ensure customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner

  • Maintain correspondence with clients seeking product information and various requests

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 3 years relevant experience .

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English

  • Good computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
