Job DetailsDevelop the Sales & Marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Ensure target setting & monitor closely for performance
Maintain effective communications with customers and the Operations Department to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Coach Sales staff in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team
Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer service strategy
Identify & implement actions for closing possible results gaps
Build excellent relationships
Ensure management of sales resources
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and planning ahead.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Conducting market research
Job Requirements
A minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 5 years relevant experience .
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in B2B sales process
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English
Good computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
