Job Details

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

  • Ensure target setting & monitor closely for performance

  • Maintain effective communications with customers and the Operations Department to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

  • Coach Sales staff in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team

  • Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer service strategy

  • Identify & implement actions for closing possible results gaps

  • Build excellent relationships

  • Ensure management of sales resources

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and planning ahead.

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  • Conducting market research

    Job Requirements

  • A minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 5 years relevant experience .

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in B2B sales process

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English

  • Good computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
