Job DescriptionOur client, a manufacturing company in Addis Ababa invites competent applicants for the positions of Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
develop and maintain a filing system
ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.
maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
organize travel arrangements.
write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
organize and schedule meetings and appointments
maintain contact lists
answer and direct phone calls
handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
cover the reception desk when required
Job Requirements
A minimum of Diploma in Secretarial Science with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in MS- Office
Good command of English language
