Job Description

  • Our client, a manufacturing company in Addis Ababa invites competent applicants for the positions of Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

  • reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

  • produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • develop and maintain a filing system
    ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.

  • maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.

  • carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
    organize travel arrangements.

  • write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff

  • organize and schedule meetings and appointments

  • maintain contact lists

  • answer and direct phone calls

  • handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • cover the reception desk when required

    Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Diploma in Secretarial Science with at least 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS- Office

  • Good command of English language
