Job DescriptionOur client, a manufacturing company based in Addis Ababa, is looking for an Assistant HR Manager who will be responsible for the following
Support the HR Manager in day to day operations of the function
Carry out initial recruitment and selection processes
Follow up updating of Job descriptions
Maintain employee records as per legal requirements and company procedures
Conduct on boarding, performance management, training , compensation and rewards functions
Maintain employee database,
Record attendance and leave
Other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
A minimum of BA degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
