Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing company based in Addis Ababa, is looking for an Assistant HR Manager who will be responsible for the following

  • Support the HR Manager in day to day operations of the function

  • Carry out initial recruitment and selection processes

  • Follow up updating of Job descriptions

  • Maintain employee records as per legal requirements and company procedures

  • Conduct on boarding, performance management, training , compensation and rewards functions

  • Maintain employee database,

  • Record attendance and leave

  • Other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

    Job Requirements

  • A minimum of BA degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
