Phoenix Aviation Limited (PAL), a company operating from Wilson Airport, Nairobi seeks to recruit qualified and competent individuals to fill the following positions.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

To maintain and enhance the Company's human resource needs by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field with 3 years recent experience in similar positions

Professional certificate and member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
