Phoenix Aviation Head of Quality Jobs in Kenya

Phoenix Aviation Limited (PAL) seeks to recruit a qualified and competent individual to fill the following positions to be based at their Nairobi's Wilson Airport operations.

Job Title

  • Head of Quality (Aoc)

    Role Purpose

    To monitor compliance with Authority requirements, and the adequacy of procedures required to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Auditing and inspection company processes and procedures to assure compliance
  • Maintain the Quality System Documentation

    Essential Requirements
  • A technically qualified person in the field of aircraft maintenance, or flight or ground operations;
  • At least three years' experience in the field of aircraft maintenance, flight or ground operations; and
  • Must have successfully completed a training in quality management.
