PhD Scholarship Grants

I'm seeking for an organization which grant scholarships. I have Bachelor of Agriculture and Human Ecology from Egerton university, Master of Environmental Studies(Community Development) and interested in pursuing in the same field of Environmental Studies and Community Development at PhD level.

However finances to cater for this is problem. In regard to this I'm appealing for a scholarship.
